Description

  • Translate customer business requirements into scalable technical solutions on the DigitalGenius platform.
  • Configure workflows, integrations, and automation logic for customer implementations.
  • Design and implement APIs and third-party integrations.
  • Lead technical onboarding and implementation projects from post-sales through go-live.
  • Troubleshoot complex technical issues across connected systems.
  • Partner with Customer Success Managers to align technical delivery with customer outcomes.
  • Advise customers on best practices, scalability, and solution optimization.
  • Support strategic expansions, advanced use cases, beta testing, and product validation.
  • Provide structured feedback to Product and help identify feature gaps and roadmap opportunities.
  • Continuously improve automation performance, AI accuracy, and internal delivery assets.

Requirements

  • Strong API and integration experience, including building and debugging with Postman, JSON, webhooks, authentication tokens and headers, OAuth, pagination, and error handling.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into reliable automation workflows with edge cases, data mapping, and clear decision logic.
  • Hands-on Python experience writing and shipping code used by others, such as integrations, automation scripts, services, or internal tools.
  • Ability to explain technical design choices and describe how work was tested and debugged.
  • Strong communication skills for explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and writing clear notes and documentation.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills to manage multiple workstreams, priorities, and timelines across stakeholders.
  • Interest or experience with AI/LLMs, including prompting, classification, guardrails, and evaluation, especially in support automation.
  • Low-code or workflow automation experience with tools such as Zapier, Make, Workato, Tray.io, n8n, Salesforce Flow, ServiceNow, Power Automate, or Retool.
  • Exposure to e-commerce or OMS systems, especially Shopify, including orders, fulfillments, returns, refunds, customer data, tags, statuses, and webhooks.
  • Experience with customer service platforms such as Zendesk or Salesforce Service Cloud, or similar CRMs.
  • Background in SaaS delivery, implementations, solutions, or technical support in customer-facing environments.
