Description

  • Review social media campaign performance and analyze metrics to inform recommendations.
  • Identify social media trends and suggest ways to apply them to campaigns.
  • Analyze user engagement and conversion data to assess copy and community management effectiveness.
  • Develop a strong understanding of project-specific audience targets and how to reach them.
  • Research online fan communities and recommend engagement approaches.
  • Create detailed reports and visual presentations from data and observations.
  • Build dashboards that support campaign reporting and tactical learning.
  • Collaborate with accounts, strategy, partnerships, and creative teams to support data-driven work.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a social media analytics role.
  • Previous experience working on social media campaigns in the entertainment industry.
  • Strong understanding of social networks, platform functionality, and the marketing and digital advertising landscape.
  • Demonstrated ability to use social media analytics to improve campaign performance.
  • Exceptional project management skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Experience with creative storytelling and synthesizing channel insights for marketing stakeholders.
  • Experience conducting data analysis, including data cleanup and normalization.
  • Ability to develop insights and strategic recommendations from data analysis.
  • Digital media agency experience is strongly preferred.
  • Must reside in the United States and be authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Availability to work Monday through Friday, 9am–6pm PST.

  • Salary of $55,000–$67,000 per year, based on experience, responsibilities, subject matter expertise, and location.
