Description

  • Manage online communities across multiple social media platforms for multiple brands.
  • Respond to comments and engage followers in a brand-appropriate tone of voice.
  • Monitor social trends and stay on top of current online buzz.
  • Use humor or escalate to the PR team when handling negative or sensitive comments.
  • Help keep followers engaged and smiling through community interactions.
  • Work flexibly on a weekly schedule, including weekdays, evenings, and weekends.

Requirements

  • Minimum HBO work and thinking level.
  • Strong command of both Dutch and English.
  • Must be highly active online and up to date with social media trends.
  • Creative and customer-oriented approach to problem-solving.
  • Available to work during weekdays, evenings, and weekends.
  • Able to complete an in-person live onboarding of about 2 hours.
  • Experience with social media/community management is a plus.
