Description

  • Own the QA strategy for a high-speed fintech project and drive continuous improvements in testing processes.
  • Increase automation test coverage and help improve the speed of the QA team’s automated testing efforts.
  • Design, develop, and maintain robust automated testing frameworks from scratch.
  • Create and execute automated test scripts using Selenium and Playwright.
  • Perform API, performance, and integration testing.
  • Integrate automated tests into Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines.
  • Collaborate with the team to identify testing priorities and support Agile delivery.
  • Analyze test results, report defects, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Mentor junior QAs on test automation best practices.
  • Create and maintain test documentation and assist with manual testing when needed.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in QA, including 5+ years in test automation.
  • Strong experience with QA processes and tools.
  • Proficiency in .NET and C#.
  • Experience with Selenium or Playwright, including building automated test frameworks from scratch.
  • Hands-on experience with API, performance, and integration testing.
  • Hands-on experience in manual testing.
  • Strong knowledge of Scrum/SAFe and experience working in Agile teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured, data-driven approach.
  • Upper-Intermediate or higher English level.
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines is desirable.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms such as GCP, Docker, and Kubernetes is desirable.
