Description

  • Process publishing requests from document owners and coordinate documentation updates.
  • Publish new documents in WordPress and update existing content and related files in Google Drive.
  • Maintain the structure, organization, and consistency of the internal knowledge base.
  • Conduct documentation audits to ensure accuracy, relevance, and formatting quality.
  • Communicate with document owners and stakeholders to clarify requirements and coordinate updates.
  • Manage internal publishing and content update requests through to completion.
  • Process internal feedback forms related to documentation and content changes.
  • Update and maintain company documentation across internal portals and WordPress.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of WordPress experience, including hands-on work in the admin panel.
  • Experience managing and updating content in WordPress.
  • Intermediate+ English level, including written business communication.
  • Experience working with Google Workspace and Google Drive.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple requests and follow through on tasks independently.
  • Responsible and reliable work approach with clear communication on task progress.
  • Basic QA mindset and ability to spot inconsistencies, formatting issues, or content issues.
  • Experience supporting or maintaining internal documentation such as tech manuals or guidelines is desirable.
  • Previous experience working in an IT company is desirable.
