Description

  • Co-develop and maintain the company’s global legal structure and tax strategy with the CFO.
  • Research international tax and corporate structuring matters and document the target legal structure.
  • Build and maintain a legal and tax compliance calendar across jurisdictions.
  • Monitor country-by-country legal, financial, and tax reporting obligations and deadlines.
  • Support accounting and external auditors on annual compliance, reporting, and tax-related processes.
  • Manage transfer pricing documentation, external tax vendors, and communication with tax authorities.
  • Conduct legal audits and implement risk mitigation policies, compliance training, and customer risk scoring procedures.
  • Own legal process design and contract workflows in JIRA, including approval matrices and lifecycle management.
  • Review, update, and simplify customer, vendor, contractor, intra-group, loan, and SOW templates and terms.
  • Lead entity formation, banking setup, capitalization, KYC/AML requests, and legal operations support.
  • Advise on strategic transactions, due diligence, transaction documents, and corporate finance instruments.
  • Lead customer contract negotiations and coordinate contract changes with Business Development, Production, and Finance.

Requirements

  • English fluency is required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Master’s degree in Law.
  • 10+ years of high-quality experience in corporate law.
  • Preferred focus on international tax law, international corporate finance, and compliance.
  • At least 3 years of management experience at senior manager or partner level.
  • Experience managing complex legal projects in a dynamic environment.
  • Experience managing multiple stakeholder engagements.
  • Ability to work in a 100% remote role in Europe.
  • Fluency in Ukrainian or Russian is required.
