Requirements

  • Proficiency in customer support, customer service, and customer satisfaction.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience troubleshooting and resolving client issues promptly.
  • Ability to provide friendly, solutions-driven client support.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Comfort learning and using customer support tools and platforms.
  • Residence in an eligible country, including the United States, United Kingdom, Canada is not listed, or specified countries in the Americas, Europe, Australia, New Zealand, and Israel.
  • Prior travel industry or related experience is preferred.
