Description

  • Architect, build, and optimize complex GoHighLevel accounts, subaccounts, workflows, pipelines, and reporting systems.
  • Develop AI-powered lead follow-up, qualification, appointment-booking, and customer journey automation.
  • Manage Google, Meta, and YouTube paid media campaigns focused on revenue and qualified appointments.
  • Design and optimize lead-generation, funnel, landing page, and conversion-rate improvement initiatives.
  • Implement and troubleshoot integrations using APIs, webhooks, and third-party tools such as Zapier, Make, and n8n.
  • Build and maintain email and SMS lifecycle campaigns for nurture, conversion, reactivation, and retention.
  • Lead SEO, local search, AEO/GEO, and AI search discoverability strategy.
  • Analyze attribution, KPIs, and revenue reporting to identify performance drivers and next actions.
  • Present growth strategy and performance insights to clients, business owners, and executives.
  • Document systems, train team members, and manage multiple accounts and priorities.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of progressive digital marketing, performance marketing, growth marketing, or marketing technology experience preferred.
  • Advanced, hands-on GoHighLevel expertise is required.
  • Proven experience building sophisticated CRM workflows, automations, and lifecycle campaigns.
  • Experience building and training AI agents and integrating AI into marketing workflows.
  • Advanced Google Ads and Meta Ads experience.
  • Strong working knowledge of GA4 and Google Tag Manager.
  • Significant lead-generation, funnel, and conversion-rate optimization experience.
  • Strong analytics, attribution, and revenue reporting knowledge.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication with strong client-facing capability.
  • Current certifications preferred in Google Ads Search, Google Ads Measurement, Google Analytics, Google Ads Display and/or Video, and Meta.
  • Additional certifications in AI, automation, CRM, analytics, or marketing technology are highly valued.
