Description

  • Own the end-to-end strategy and roadmap for US enterprise product priorities.
  • Lead product ownership of strategic US enterprise programs.
  • Embed across squads as the senior US product partner and provide high-impact input.
  • Translate regulatory changes, customer feedback, competitive moves, and partner dynamics into product implications.
  • Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Solutions as the internal voice on commitments, roadmap fit, and current capabilities.
  • Own product integrity for the US enterprise surface by identifying root causes and deciding fixes when issues arise.
  • Serve as the cross-functional decision-maker for US product questions and enterprise-specific implications.
  • Influence product decisions across multiple squads and raise the craft standard across the PM team.
  • Mentor other PMs and help lift product thinking across the organization.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in B2B SaaS with broad horizontal scope across a product portfolio.
  • Deep US market fluency for shift-based businesses, including regulatory landscape, operator personas, and payroll/scheduling/time and attendance realities.
  • Enterprise product experience at scale with multi-location, multi-thousand-headcount customers and complex configuration.
  • Strong technical depth, including the ability to read API docs, sketch data flows, reason about idempotency and reconciliation, and debug customer-reported discrepancies.
  • Cross-PM credibility with the judgment and presence to influence decisions inside other squads.
  • Enterprise-facing experience running executive customer calls and navigating procurement and security reviews.
  • Excellent writing skills for simplifying complex multi-system problems for sales, customer success, or executive stakeholders.
  • Production AI/ML experience, ideally with OCR ingestion, classification, and human-in-the-loop review.
  • Leadership without authority, including mentoring PMs and raising the craft standard around you.
  • Strong preference for experience in WFM, HCM, payroll, or HR fintech, plus comfort working async from a Sydney-centered product and engineering organization.
  • Nice to have: experience in restaurant, retail, healthcare, or staffing, or prior experience as an embedded regional product voice in a globally distributed company.
