Description

  • Concept and design high-impact creative across digital, social, and video channels.
  • Support video and content production through pre-production, on-set shoots, and post-production collaboration.
  • Partner with copywriters, strategists, producers, project managers, and client teams to align creative with briefs, brand voice, and business goals.
  • Own creative execution end to end and deliver polished assets on time and on brief.
  • Help shape campaign direction and raise the creative bar across deliverables.
  • Mentor and provide creative feedback to Art Directors and Designers.
  • Solve creative and production challenges while navigating ambiguity and shifting priorities.
  • Foster an inclusive, collaborative team environment through curiosity, kindness, and accountability.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of experience in visual design with a strong portfolio of digital campaigns, social-first content, and video-driven work.
  • Previous agency experience working on high-volume, high-visibility accounts.
  • On-set and content production experience, including working with video directors, editors, and producers.
  • Strong client presentation and communication skills, with the ability to present ideas and handle feedback confidently.
  • Excellent design sensibility with a strategic eye for layout, typography, motion, and branding.
  • A proactive, collaborative mindset and the ability to contribute effectively in brainstorms and team settings.
  • A creative portfolio demonstrating range in digital and video work and the ability to turn strategy into compelling creative.
  • Proficiency with Figma or Sketch, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Illustrator, Google Suite, and macOS.
  • Basic to intermediate animation skills are a plus.
  • Experience at a performance marketing agency is a plus.
  • Experience with time tracking, project management, and communication tools such as Slack, Google Meet, Zoom, Asana, or Harvest is a plus.
  • Must be onsite with the client in a hybrid capacity or willing to travel up to 50% to the Bay Area.
  • Must be located within 50 miles of San Francisco, CA to be considered for the remote role.

Benefits

  • Salary range of $104,900–$125,000 USD for the San Francisco, CA band.
  • Salary range of $83,700–$110,000 USD for the US remote range.
