Description

  • Manage mid-sized and large-scale digital projects with typical budgets of $1M–$3M.
  • Define project scope, deliverables, timelines, resource plans, and delivery approaches.
  • Lead end-to-end execution to ensure projects are on time, on brief, and within budget.
  • Manage project financials, including estimates, actuals, ETC, EAC, and profitability reporting.
  • Identify risks and blockers, resolve issues proactively, and escalate challenges when necessary.
  • Improve workflows, documentation, QA practices, templates, and cross-functional delivery processes.
  • Serve as a primary day-to-day client contact and manage stakeholder expectations.
  • Prepare and lead project meetings, documenting decisions, action items, and next steps.
  • Build relationships across departments and contribute to delivery improvement and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

  • 5–7 years of digital project or program management experience, including large engagements or multiple workstreams.
  • Experience managing projects with budgets of $1M or more from initiation through completion.
  • Strong understanding of UX/UI workflows, design systems, and digital development processes.
  • Experience with agile, waterfall, and hybrid methodologies, including Scrumfall.
  • Proficiency with Smartsheet, Jira, Confluence, and G Suite, with the ability to adopt new tools.
  • Experience preparing estimates, tracking budgets, and reporting on financial performance.
  • Excellent communication, time management, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Execution-focused, process-minded, collaborative, detail-oriented, proactive, and growth-oriented.
  • Availability for limited travel to client or team locations as needed.
