Description

  • Design, build, and maintain Elite 3E billing templates using XML, SQL, and related 3E template technologies.
  • Implement advanced logic, conditional formatting, and client-specific billing rules within the 3E data model.
  • Optimize templates for performance, maintainability, and scalability across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Keep current with Elite 3E template architecture, including Design Gallery, rendering engines, and schema updates.
  • Develop templates that meet local legal, tax, and regulatory requirements across Europe, including VAT and statutory invoice rules.
  • Partner with regional finance teams to incorporate country-specific billing practices into template logic.
  • Document local template variations and support consistent governance across regions.
  • Translate Finance and Billing business needs into technical specifications.
  • Participate in discovery sessions and advise on what is technically feasible within the 3E template framework.
  • Test templates thoroughly, support UAT, troubleshoot issues, and implement fixes and ongoing enhancements.

Requirements

  • Proven experience developing Elite 3E templates.
  • Deep familiarity with the underlying 3E template technology stack.
  • Strong proficiency with XML, SQL, and related reporting tools.
  • Solid understanding of 3E data structures, billing workflows, and financial processes in professional services environments.
  • Experience with multi-country billing requirements, including VAT, statutory invoice elements, and language-specific formatting.
  • Ability to analyze complex requirements and translate them into scalable, compliant technical solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Experience with other Elite 3E modules is preferred.
  • Background in legal, consulting, or other professional services industries is preferred.
  • Experience working in a multinational environment with distributed teams is preferred.
