Description

  • Lead the design, implementation, and management of HEOR studies from concept development through publication.
  • Identify evidence gaps from regulatory, reimbursement, and patient perspectives and translate them into the HEOR and real-world evidence plan.
  • Direct the generation of evidence to demonstrate product differentiation and support clinical development, regulatory, and access needs.
  • Collaborate with research and development, epidemiology, regulatory, policy, market access, and medical affairs teams on value and access programs.
  • Engage with payer advisors and KOL stakeholders to generate strategic insights on endpoints, patient-centered outcomes assessment, and trial design.
  • Identify relevant patient-centered outcomes assessment endpoints and provide input to the clinical development plan.
  • Support psychometric validation of patient-reported outcomes and related instruments.
  • Develop protocols for prospective and retrospective real-world evidence analyses, surveys, patient interviews, and control arm methods.
  • Collaborate on real-world evidence publications for congresses and peer-reviewed journals.
  • Provide project and vendor management support, including RFPs, statements of work, vendor selection, compliance, and budget tracking.
  • Maintain collaborative relationships across the organization and with external experts.
  • Support value dossiers, reimbursement dossiers, reimbursement landscape analyses, and consultant-driven research projects.
  • Ensure deliverables are completed on time and within budget.

Requirements

  • Advanced degree such as MS, MPH, MD, PhD, or PharmD in health economics, epidemiology, or health services research.
  • 5-7 years of HEOR experience in an industry setting, preferably in psychiatry or neuroscience.
  • Strong knowledge of the U.S. market access environment and health technology assessment processes in the U.S. and key European markets.
  • Experience designing HEOR protocol elements within phase III/non-interventional programs and phase IV/post-marketing studies.
  • New product launch experience is a plus.
  • Demonstrated business and scientific acumen.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to understand and communicate scientific information effectively.
  • Ability to work independently with strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Willingness to work with a fully remote team and travel regularly, approximately 25% to 30% of the time.
  • Experience with prospective and retrospective real-world studies and patient-centered outcomes assessments is preferred.
  • Experience with evidence synthesis, including systematic literature reviews, indirect treatment comparisons, gap analyses, and meta-analysis.
  • Experience in psychometric validation of patient-reported outcomes and instruments.
  • Experience in U.S. and European market access strategy and reimbursement evidence generation.
