Description

  • Oversee and help scale communities of venture capital managers across multiple cohorts and platforms.
  • Organize and manage community communications to keep members informed and engaged.
  • Manage and moderate community discussions, respond to member inquiries, and foster positive interactions to enhance retention and satisfaction.
  • Plan, promote, and host virtual and in-person events, including webinars and AMAs.
  • Coordinate and manage stakeholders such as participants, mentors, and program partners.
  • Provide member support across Slack and various other channels.
  • Monitor industry trends in venture capital and community management to inform programming and content.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in community management, social media, or related roles.
  • Experience with accelerator operations or equivalent program management experience.
  • Preferably experience in fintech, venture capital, or startup ecosystems.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a knack for storytelling and creating inclusive, engaging content.
  • Experience planning, promoting, and hosting virtual and in-person events (webinars, AMAs).
  • Proven ability to moderate online communities and provide support on channels like Slack.
  • Detail-oriented and analytical approach to community metrics and member needs.
  • Strong personal interest in venture capital.
  • Remote candidates will be considered.
