Diagnose complex operational and regulatory challenges and drive solutions to completion.
Build and own frameworks for managing inter-group outsourcing services, including performance management, risk assessment, and service execution oversight.
Coordinate delivery across compliance, legal, product, and operations teams to launch and support products.
Design and implement scalable operational controls for vendor due diligence, risk monitoring, and service performance.
Develop workflow and systems designs that incorporate RAG pipelines, reasoning systems, and agentic automation.
Own strategic problem-solving efforts from first-principles analysis through execution.
Support product and operational governance across multiple functions and stakeholders.
Drive end-to-end project delivery across a fast-moving, cross-functional environment.

Requirements

STEM degree.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to solve problems.
Ruthless prioritization skills and excellent organization.
Track record of designing and maintaining scalable governance processes across operations and product scopes.
Ability to collaborate effectively in a cross-functional, compliance-focused environment.
Based in France.
2+ years of experience in FinTech (preferred).
Experience working in regulated environments (preferred).
Experience in fast-growing start-up or scale-up companies (preferred).
Experience with product governance and risk management (preferred).
Track record of end-to-end project delivery (preferred).
Self-directed, highly curious, and eager to learn.
