Description

  • Manage client communications throughout the delivery lifecycle and align stakeholder expectations.
  • Drive the overall delivery schedule and ensure projects are completed successfully and on time.
  • Work closely with clients, sales teams, and other stakeholders to achieve successful project outcomes.
  • Understand client product and business logic to recommend solutions that fit specific needs.
  • Provide solution consulting support and guidance during client onboarding and implementation.
  • Oversee engineering threads and contribute hands-on technical work as needed to deliver projects.
  • Provide technical expertise during implementation and deployment, including integration with client systems.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate new features and technologies into existing systems.
  • Stay current on financial services industry trends and emerging technologies to improve solutions and offerings.
  • Conduct presentations and demonstrations of proposed solutions to clients and stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a technical Project Manager or in a similar technical role.
  • Strong understanding of software development, system architecture, and integration principles.
  • Strong solutioning skills on SaaS platform data integration.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Strong client-facing communication skills and client management capabilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and a results-oriented mindset.
  • Experience with anti-fraud in the financial or internet industry is a plus.
  • Experience in real-time computing, big data, or machine learning is a plus.

  • Base salary range of CAD $120,000–$170,000 per year, depending on experience, skills, and location.
