Description

  • Help EMEA and global customers resolve technical issues through multiple communication channels.
  • Investigate, troubleshoot, and solve customer issues related to installation, security, and integrations with big data technologies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including R&D, to resolve complex issues and escalate cases when needed.
  • Share customer feedback with R&D to inform future product improvements.
  • Work with other customer-facing teams to reroute or escalate issues for timely resolution.
  • Document technical knowledge through articles and contributions to knowledge bases or forums.
  • Adapt to a fast-paced startup environment and support additional operational activities as needed.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in a client-facing engineering or technical role.
  • Experience working with a complex, rapidly evolving software product.
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and GCP.
  • Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Strong technical problem-solving skills, including advanced log analysis, debugging, and reproducing errors.
  • Proficiency with Unix-based operating systems.
  • Experience with relational databases or data warehouses such as Snowflake, plus SQL.
  • Ability to read and write Python or R code.
  • Collaborative, helpful mindset and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Preferred experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop or Spark.
  • Preferred experience with authentication and authorization systems such as LDAP, SAML, and Kerberos.
  • Preferred experience with ML models and LLMs.
