Description

  • Review incoming referrals and support intake processing workflows.
  • Pull applicable clinical guidelines and payer policies to support case review.
  • Provide administrative and operational support to QA and Customer Service teams.
  • Monitor shared inboxes and respond to intake requests and emails in a timely manner.
  • Identify missing or incomplete referral information and notify the appropriate teams promptly.
  • Ensure documentation is complete, accurate, and organized for review.
  • Maintain accuracy and attention to detail in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support efficient intake and review processes.

Requirements

  • Business experience in a healthcare and/or insurance setting is required.
  • Experience with prior authorization, utilization management, or clinical guideline review is preferred.
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Keen attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Highly organized and adaptable.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • Ability to perform sedentary work with prolonged periods of sitting and computer use.
  • Must supply and maintain uninterrupted internet service for work-from-home employment.
