Description

  • Design and execute complex SQL queries to extract data from multiple sources.
  • Create, maintain, and optimize BI dashboards.
  • Develop automated reports to monitor key business KPIs.
  • Analyze business metrics such as CAC, LTV, retention, and marketing performance.
  • Generate actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.
  • Present findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Use AI tools to accelerate analysis and automate processes.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including Marketing, Product, and Growth.
  • Participate in building and optimizing ETL processes and data flows when needed.

Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • Mid-Level seniority.
  • Advanced SQL knowledge, including complex joins, CTEs, aggregations, and optimization.
  • Experience with BI tools such as Metabase, Looker Studio, or similar platforms.
  • Knowledge of business metric analysis, including CAC, LTV, and retention.
  • Experience working with marketing and growth data.
  • Practical use of AI tools for analysis, such as ChatGPT, Gemini, or Claude.
  • Preferred experience in ETL processes and data pipelines.
  • Strong analytical thinking and results orientation.
  • Ability to tell stories with data and communicate clearly with stakeholders.
  • Proactivity, autonomy, and curiosity to understand the reasons behind the data.
  • Degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Actuarial Science, Systems, or a related field preferred.
