Description

Own the direction, discovery, and prioritization of customer needs for the CRM product.
Collaborate with the Product Manager, stakeholders, and senior leaders to align product priorities and strategy.
Maintain, refine, and evolve the product roadmap to support strategic priorities.
Create user stories and acceptance criteria and manage the product backlog.
Prioritize work to maximize business value and align with enterprise, division, and product strategies.
Engage regularly with customers and users to uncover explicit and implicit needs.
Provide product development feedback and direction during agile team planning and grooming sessions.
Coordinate across product teams to align roadmaps and sprint plans.
Track and communicate key value drivers and product performance metrics to stakeholders and business leaders.
Coach team members on product management and agile practices while fostering continuous improvement.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or similar certification.
5-7 years of relevant business experience.
Prior experience leading digital experience teams.
Strong understanding of iterative development and software development processes.
Expertise in Agile Product Management, stakeholder management, market and user research, technology management, and process design.
High level of organization and attention to detail.
Excellent communication, collaboration, influence, facilitation, and executive communication skills.
Proven ability to define high-quality business requirements and write Agile user stories.
Experience developing business cases, roadmaps, and product execution strategies for complex or large-scale products.
Ability to build and work in Microsoft Dynamics.
Advanced skills in Microsoft 365, with particular emphasis on CoPilot AI.
Experience with user interface design and usability best practices.
Experience working on large, complex organizational initiatives.
Strong leadership skills to coordinate and motivate product teams, including without direct reporting authority.
Passion for new technology and trends.

Competitive salary with a base pay range of $93,000 to $116,000.
