Description

  • Partner with mortgage advisors to prepare complete loan application packages, review documentation, and support lender submissions.
  • Generate accurate mortgage workflow outputs using Cowork skills.
  • Maintain comprehensive file and diary notes and draft clear lender communications.
  • Maintain accurate client records and ensure documentation meets business, lender, and regulatory compliance standards.
  • Use AI tools to support daily loan-processing operations.
  • Identify manual inefficiencies and help create, test, and refine AI agents and workflow automations.
  • Contribute to Microsoft Copilot and Microsoft Power Platform process improvements.
  • Manage a fast-paced, high-volume pipeline independently and anticipate advisor needs.

Requirements

  • 4–5+ years of experience as a Mortgage Loan Writer, Loan Processor, Mortgage Administrator, or Parabroker.
  • Strong direct experience with New Zealand mortgage lending processes and loan-writing workflows.
  • Exceptional applicants may be considered with deep Australian mortgage experience combined with UK or US lending experience.
  • Proficiency with Cowork skills for executing mortgage workflow outputs.
  • Exceptional written communication skills for lender correspondence, technical file notes, and client documentation.
  • Comfort using AI tools in business workflows and adapting quickly to new technologies.
  • High initiative, sound analytical judgment, and ability to work independently in a remote/offshore environment.
  • Experience building or refining AI agents, automations, or system workflows preferred.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot, Power Automate, Power Apps, or Microsoft Power Platform preferred.
  • Experience with business process transformation or remote mortgage support preferred.

Benefits

  • Approximately NZD $2,500 per month, adjusted at the client’s discretion based on skills and experience.
  • Full-time, 100% remote work under an Independent Contractor Agreement.
  • Working hours aligned with New Zealand business hours, to be confirmed.
  • Holiday arrangements to be confirmed.
  • Target start date: ASAP.
