Description

  • Support the Operations Manager with daily operational coordination and administration.
  • Create and maintain work schedules, job plans, and technician allocations.
  • Monitor job progress and adjust schedules to meet deadlines.
  • Coordinate resources and priorities across multiple projects and service jobs.
  • Maintain accurate operational records, documentation, and compliance files.
  • Manage digital project records, customer information, and system updates.
  • Source and order materials and equipment for service and project work.
  • Obtain supplier pricing, compare costs, and coordinate deliveries and lead times.
  • Prepare and issue quotations and follow up on outstanding approvals.
  • Assist with reporting, basic data transfers, and reconciliations in operational systems.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in operations coordination, project administration, service scheduling, or a similar role.
  • Strong experience using Simpro or comparable job management software.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong communication and supplier coordination skills.
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining process accuracy.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced service environment.
  • Experience within trades, construction, facilities management, field service, maintenance, or compliance sectors preferred.
  • Exposure to procurement and supplier management preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of Xero or similar accounting systems preferred.

Benefits

  • Php 85,000/month salary, subject to final client discretion based on skills and experience.
  • 100% remote work setup under an Independent Contractor Agreement.
  • Work during New Zealand business hours, Monday to Friday.
