Description

  • Manage loan application files end to end from submission through settlement and own the processing pipeline.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, referral partners, conveyancers, builders, real estate agents, and other stakeholders.
  • Provide proactive updates and maintain clear communication to keep the application process smooth and transparent.
  • Liaise with lenders, solicitors, and third parties, following up and escalating issues to meet deadlines.
  • Prepare and submit loan application documents and supporting packs.
  • Collect, organize, maintain, and verify client documentation to ensure files are accurate, complete, and compliant.
  • Update CRM systems with accurate client and loan information.
  • Track application progress, coordinate tasks, and support brokers to help deadlines are met.
  • Handle day-to-day administrative support, including emails, calendars, valuations, and pricing requests.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in Australian mortgage processing, credit analysis, or broker support.
  • Strong understanding of Australian lending policies, documentation, and compliance requirements.
  • Hands-on experience with ApplyOnline and/or lender systems.
  • Experience ordering valuations and completing lender pricing.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools such as SalesTrekker, Mercury, MyCRM, or similar.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Confidence coordinating directly with clients by phone and email and building rapport in one-on-one interactions.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly, approachable, and positive personality.
  • Ability to work as a team player in a collaborative, supportive environment.
  • Proactive and reliable, with the ability to take ownership of tasks as responsibilities become more independent.
