Description

  • Build print-ready beer label and packaging artwork from supplied illustrations and brand assets.
  • Manage production files, including bleeds, die lines, substrate considerations, and Pantone-to-process colour management.
  • Create and maintain templated venue print systems for specials boards, menus, A-frames, posters, window decals, and related collateral.
  • Design and build consumer and trade EDMs in Klaviyo, including responsive HTML email templates.
  • Update website content, landing pages, image assets, and structured data / schema markup for products, venues, events, and organisation data.
  • Build and maintain trade pitch decks using the existing presentation template.
  • Produce rapid-turnaround ad hoc assets such as ingredient cards, festival signage, collaboration beer materials, and merchandise artwork.
  • Manage briefs, assets, feedback, and workload through Airtable and Google Drive.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders on campaign consistency, audience segmentation, and digital alignment.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
  • Experience building editable Canva templates that non-designers can update independently.
  • Hands-on experience with Klaviyo or a similar email platform, including HTML email template building.
  • Knowledge of print production, including prepress, proofing, colour management, and liaising with print suppliers.
  • Basic HTML/CSS skills for email builds and website content updates.
  • Understanding of web schema / structured data markup, including JSON-LD.
  • Strong file management discipline within shared Google Drive and Airtable workflows.
  • Experience with Airtable as a project management or brief intake system is highly desirable.
  • 3D animation and rendering skills for product visualisation or venue mockups are highly desirable.
  • Experience with AI design tools such as Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, or Runway is highly desirable.
  • Motion graphics experience with After Effects or similar is highly desirable.
  • Figma experience for web/UI design and prototyping is highly desirable.
  • A portfolio should demonstrate packaging design, multi-location template systems, email marketing design and build, presentation decks, and supplier-ready print files.
  • Comfort working within craft beer culture, an irreverent brand voice, and sustainability-focused values.
  • Ability to work quickly, manage multiple concurrent briefs, and flag missing or off-brand details proactively.
