Description

  • Serve as the contact point for customers for purchase order creation and goods receipt booking.
  • Manage the purchase order process, including invoice control and goods receipt posting.
  • Create work orders and follow up on their approval flow in the internal system.
  • Manage monthly accruals by collecting and organizing financial data.
  • Update and maintain the Finance Operation SharePoint.
  • Provide ad hoc reporting support to the Financial Analyst or Finance Coordinator.
  • Ensure processes are aligned with internal guidelines and IGM standards.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in an administrative, financial support, or purchase order-related role.
  • Understanding of the purchase order process in an international company.
  • Relevant experience or knowledge of goods receipt booking and accounting fundamentals.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Excel, and knowledge of MS Outlook.
  • Working knowledge of SAP is highly beneficial.
  • Strong communication skills for working with project managers, management, and finance stakeholders.
  • Business process administration skills and ability to support purchase order operations.
  • Fluency in English and Japanese, spoken and written.
  • A criminal record extract not older than three months must be provided.
