Description

  • Execute business-side data migration activities for commercial and procurement data objects across direct and indirect processes.
  • Plan and deliver migration activities in line with rollout milestones and deployment timelines.
  • Coordinate data cleansing, validation, and completion to ensure accurate, complete, and high-quality data.
  • Collaborate with IT and technical teams to define, validate, and maintain mappings between legacy and target systems.
  • Create and maintain master data lists for commercial and procurement objects.
  • Provide business input to support data extraction, transformation, and readiness checks.
  • Perform manual data loads, validation checks, reconciliation, and issue resolution as needed.
  • Support SIT, UAT, mock loads, defect triage, and cutover activities including final loads and validation.
  • Work with global data migration teams, business stakeholders, SMEs, and regional teams to align requirements and delivery.
  • Identify and document business requirements and local market specifics affecting data migration.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in business-side data migration, preferably in commercial and/or procurement domains (direct and indirect).
  • Strong knowledge of SAP business processes and data, particularly Order to Cash (O2C), including contract management and pricing.
  • Proven experience in data cleansing, validation, mapping, and reconciliation.
  • Experience with large-scale ERP transformations or global deployment programs.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams including business stakeholders, SMEs, and IT/technical teams.
  • Understanding of the data migration lifecycle, including extraction, transformation, loading, and validation.
  • Experience supporting testing phases such as SIT and UAT, including management of data-related defects.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data quality and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluent English and Spanish.
  • Ability to work in Mexico or Americas time zones.
  • Ability to work independently while aligning with global teams and governance structures.
  • Criminal record extract not older than three months is required.
