Description

  • Oversee a team of employees and monitor their performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role, preferably in the financial services industry.
  • Strong knowledge of FX and CFD markets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Ability to drive performance and motivate team members.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Japanese speaker and able to understand English.
