Description

  • Proofread evaluator reports to ensure quality and accuracy before delivery to the client.
  • Confirm that reports and surveys meet the company’s standards before publication.
  • Validate surveys in a timely manner to support on-time delivery.
  • Contact evaluators or operations executives to request additional information when needed.
  • Represent the company professionally in all interactions.
  • Monitor delivered work for alignment with company expectations and client requirements.

Requirements

  • Native Japanese speaker with excellent communication skills in Japanese and English.
  • Strong organizational skills to ensure surveys are delivered on time.
  • Positive and outgoing personality.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • 1-2 years of editing experience is a plus.
  • Availability for around 2 hours per day.
  • Rigorous organization and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Customer-service orientation.
  • Integrity and reliability.

Benefits

  • Compensation of 1200 JPY/hour.
  • Approximately 4 surveys can be validated per hour.
