Description

Proofread evaluator reports to ensure quality and accuracy before delivery to the client.
Confirm that reports and surveys meet the company’s standards before publication.
Validate surveys in a timely manner to support on-time delivery.
Contact evaluators or operations executives to request additional information when needed.
Represent the company professionally in all interactions.
Monitor delivered work for alignment with company expectations and client requirements.

Requirements

Native Japanese speaker with excellent communication skills in Japanese and English.
Strong organizational skills to ensure surveys are delivered on time.
Positive and outgoing personality.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
1-2 years of editing experience is a plus.
Availability for around 2 hours per day.
Rigorous organization and time management skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Customer-service orientation.
Integrity and reliability.

Benefits

Compensation of 1200 JPY/hour.
Approximately 4 surveys can be validated per hour.
