Description

  • Design and refine learning-module templates directly in the authoring platform.
  • Ensure screens are mobile-first and optimized for portrait consumption.
  • Develop distinct visual identities for learning paths across multiple luxury retail topics.
  • Create full-path creative systems that scale across the CXG Learn ecosystem.
  • Build reusable visual libraries, including background systems for different product categories.
  • Create icon sets tied to the customer experience and retail performance.
  • Revamp existing modules to feel more premium, mobile-first, and scalable.
  • Apply and help maintain CXG Learn creative guidelines across all content.
  • Work closely with marketing and learning teams and iterate quickly based on feedback.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional graphic design experience, ideally for premium or luxury brands.
  • Strong graphic and visual design skills with a premium, luxury-coded sensibility.
  • Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Expertise in typography, layout, visual hierarchy, and mobile-first design.
  • Ability to create and maintain templates, icon sets, and reusable visual systems.
  • Comfort designing in portrait/mobile formats.
  • A portfolio showing design systems, digital content, or learning/e-learning work.
  • Experience learning and working within new digital tools or platforms.
  • French-speaking skills are an added advantage.
  • Familiarity with Figma, Canva, motion, or icon design is a plus.
