Description

  • Choose assignments that align with your profile and preferences.
  • Visit luxury stores or evaluate online customer journeys from home.
  • Observe store ambiance, service quality, and the overall customer experience.
  • Provide honest feedback through questionnaires on the CXG platform.
  • Complete missions that may include non-purchase visits, purchases, or product returns.
  • Engage discreetly with sales associates and other brand touchpoints.
  • Manage missions, certifications, and feedback through the CXG Live platform.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older, or 21 years or older in the United States.
  • Must be a current customer of premium and luxury brands.
  • Must not be under contract with any retail brands to ensure impartiality.
  • Must be punctual, organized, detail-oriented, and reliable.
  • Must be observant and passionate about customer experience.
  • No prior experience is required.
  • Must complete a profile, verify information, and pass the General Certification to access missions.
