Description

  • Conduct discreet evaluations of luxury brands in-store, online, or through both channels.
  • Complete purchases, returns, appointments, or other assigned brand interactions as part of evaluations.
  • Provide objective feedback on the customer experience through questionnaires after each assignment.
  • Choose assignments that match your profile and interests from available missions.
  • Follow each brand’s project objectives and special requirements during evaluations.
  • Use the CXG platform or mobile app to register, browse, and apply for missions.
  • Complete the general certification and any required onboarding steps before taking assignments.

Requirements

  • Must be an existing customer of premium or luxury brands.
  • Must not be contractually engaged with any retail brands to preserve evaluation integrity.
  • Punctual, organized, detail-oriented, and reliable.
  • Observant and passionate about customer experience.
  • No prior experience is required.
  • Able to provide honest and objective feedback as a real customer.
  • Must register on live.cxg.com and complete profile verification and general certification.
  • Comfortable using a mobile application to manage missions, certifications, and survey submissions.
