Description

  • Participate in multiple recurring missions each month.
  • Support luxury brands by providing observations that help improve service.
  • Complete purchase-based missions when assigned and submit the required reporting.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Must be a user of premium or luxury brands.
  • Must not have any current business contract with any brand to maintain evaluation fairness.
  • Must be punctual, organized, detail-oriented, and reliable.
  • Must have strong observational skills and an interest in customer experience.
  • No prior experience is required.
  • Must complete profile setup and identity verification after registration.
  • Must pass the General Certification to gain access to missions.
