Description

  • Develop marketing copy for Curology and Agency skincare brands across packaging, product detail pages, websites, paid ads, social media, and email/SMS.
  • Maintain and evolve a consistent brand voice across all channels and consumer touchpoints while adhering to brand guidelines.
  • Translate marketing objectives into strategic, consumer-friendly copy that simplifies complex information.
  • Apply SEO best practices and platform conventions to improve copy performance across digital channels.
  • Edit and proofread all deliverables for clarity, accuracy, consistency, grammar, and spelling.
  • Partner with designers and creative peers to develop campaign concepts and cohesive copy and visual expressions.
  • Contribute a clear creative point of view informed by category trends, consumer behavior, and the skincare and beauty landscape.
  • Collaborate with Lifecycle, Paid Media, SEO, and AIO/GEO teams to align copy strategy across performance and owned channels.
  • Work with Medical and Legal teams to review and clear copy while maintaining compliance and effectiveness.
  • Manage multiple projects independently, communicate proactively in a remote environment, and adapt quickly as priorities change.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of copywriting experience in skincare, beauty, or an adjacent consumer health or wellness category.
  • Demonstrated success creating effective copy across email, social, digital advertising, and web channels.
  • A portfolio showcasing strong headlines, polished long-form and short-form copy, and adaptability across formats.
  • Ability to simplify technical or clinical skincare information into consumer-friendly, brand-appropriate messaging.
  • Working familiarity with SEO best practices as applied to web copy and product content.
  • Experience working with medical, legal, or compliance reviewers in regulated or sensitive categories.
  • Proven ability to manage a high volume of concurrent projects independently in a remote-first environment.
  • High adaptability in unstructured, fast-changing environments and comfort making sound creative decisions when direction is incomplete.
  • Openness to AI tools and interest in using them to improve copy workflows.
  • Remote location within the United States.
