Description

  • Monitor clinic function during daytime hours and proactively identify operational constraints.
  • Identify patient treatment gaps and coordinate with clinical leadership to reassign resources when needed.
  • Track operational metrics, workflows, and service levels, and escalate issues or delays to leadership.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives and help ensure compliance with internal policies and standards.
  • Partner with clinical and operations leadership to align clinician coverage with patient volume and care needs.
  • Triage and respond to real-time staffing issues, including call-outs and unexpected visit surges.
  • Manage and maintain clinical schedules across clinician types to ensure adequate coverage.
  • Adjust schedules for time off, unplanned absences, and changes in patient volume.
  • Coordinate with provider operations to ensure clinicians are scheduled only in licensed and compliant states.
  • Monitor KPIs such as staffing, patient wait times, and operational SLAs, and report issues as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business or a healthcare-related field.
  • 4 years of experience in healthcare operations, clinical administration, or a similar field.
  • Digital health experience is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills in fast-paced or high-pressure environments.
  • Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
  • Comfortable using Slack, Excel/Google Sheets, and scheduling platforms.
  • Experience with provider onboarding, scheduling, or clinical workflows preferred.
  • Ability to work rotating weekends.
  • Remote-first availability for candidates across the United States.
