Description

  • Create and maintain the team’s roadmap, milestones, and dependencies in line with strategic priorities.
  • Define features, write product specifications, and manage the backlog through delivery.
  • Facilitate user studies, iterate on feedback, and help write test plans with QA.
  • Interview and interact with customers to build empathy and ensure their needs are met.
  • Prioritize initiatives and projects, balancing tradeoffs and business impact.
  • Perform market research and analysis to inform product direction.
  • Represent the team in communications with cross-functional teams.
  • Manage specific features within a product line.
  • Collaborate closely with engineers, designers, analysts, marketers, QA, compliance, and growth teams to ship products.

Requirements

  • Data-informed work style with a user-centered, compassionate lens.
  • Passion for building delightful customer-facing products and experiences.
  • Experience shipping and iterating on successful software or financial products at scale.
  • Demonstrated leadership, initiative, and ability to produce results.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with designers, engineers, QA, marketing, compliance, and growth teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Domain knowledge in retail trading or gamification is preferred.
  • Demonstrable use of AI tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, Gemini, LibreChat, or equivalent, with human-in-the-loop practices is required.
  • Humility in how you work and collaborate with others.
