Description

Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using React Native with a focus on native performance and feel
Collaborate closely with product and engineering members in a cross-functional feature team to design and deliver new features
Analyze product requirements and designs, provide technical feedback, and propose implementation approaches
Design, implement, and maintain modular, scalable, maintainable, and testable code within agreed timelines
Implement and maintain native integrations and bridge code between React Native and platform-specific (iOS/Android) modules
Write and maintain unit tests and end-to-end (E2E) tests to ensure code quality and reliability
Participate in regular sync-ups with the feature team and the broader mobile development team to share ideas and align work
Own code quality and user experience considerations throughout the development lifecycle

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of full-time React Native development experience
Proficiency in JavaScript and/or TypeScript and the React Native framework
Native development experience with iOS (Swift) and/or Android (Kotlin) is highly valued
Understanding of native modules and the ability to bridge between React Native and native code
Experience writing unit tests and end-to-end (E2E) tests
Proficiency with Git and familiarity with branching models such as Git-flow or Trunk Based Development
Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for continuous learning
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Focus on producing high-quality code and exceptional user experiences
