Description

  • Own the identity verification platform strategy, roadmap, and execution from initiation through approval.
  • Optimize multi-vendor KYC routing to improve pass rates, reduce fraud, and manage cost per verification.
  • Drive self-serve configurability for IDV requirements, decision rules, and vendor preferences across the Exchange.
  • Lead fraud-reduction initiatives using liveness checks, e-ID integrations, and ML-based fraud scoring.
  • Design and improve Re-KYC flows for existing users, including communication cadence, grace period management, and completion tracking.
  • Own the deposit and withdrawal experience across fiat and crypto, including payment method availability, eligibility rules, and limits by market.
  • Manage end-to-end onboarding of new payment methods, from partner evaluation and integration scoping through compliance sign-off and launch.
  • Own the activation ladder from first deposit to first trade, including removal of friction in trading discovery, order entry, and fee transparency.
  • Own onboarding reward mechanics from KYC completion onward, including first-deposit bonuses and first-trade cashback.
  • Lead market localisation efforts for new countries and local payment methods in coordination with BD, Legal, and Engineering.

Requirements

  • 6–8+ years of product management experience.
  • Proven experience at a high-growth technology company, preferably in crypto exchange, fintech, neo-bank, or multi-asset broker environments.
  • Direct experience with identity verification platforms, payment rail integration, or KYC/AML product design is a strong plus.
  • Technical fluency with payment gateway logic, ledger systems, API integration, and multi-vendor IDV routing concepts.
  • Experience building or overseeing APIs, SDKs, or developer tooling as product deliverables.
  • Deep understanding of global KYC and AML standards, including FATF, regional equivalents, SCA, GDPR, and local payment regulations.
  • Ability to quantify and trade off conversion, risk, and cost using data.
  • SQL fluency and experience with Mixpanel, Amplitude, or similar funnel analysis tools.
  • Demonstrable use of AI tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, Gemini, LibreChat, or equivalent with human-in-the-loop practices.
  • Proven ability to drive cross-functional execution and influence Legal, Risk, and Compliance without formal authority.
