Description

  • Maintain and support production blockchain infrastructure and node operations.
  • Review and propose configurations for blockchain software and network topology of nodes running public blockchains.
  • Design, implement, and maintain infrastructure-as-code and automation for the team’s continuous DevOps lifecycle.
  • Design and maintain cloud workloads and manage cloud security posture across AWS/Azure/GCP.
  • Deploy, operate, and maintain container infrastructures (Kubernetes, docker-compose) and related tooling.
  • Build, deploy, and maintain monitoring and observability stacks (Grafana, Prometheus) and logging pipelines (Fluentd, Elasticsearch, Kibana).
  • Troubleshoot and debug production issues and perform methodical root cause analysis.
  • Share knowledge with the team on blockchain security threats and help define security best practices.
  • Collaborate across frontend and backend teams to design scalable application components and infrastructure solutions.

Requirements

  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a similar discipline.
  • 3–5 years of experience in DevOps, system administration, or a related area (candidates with less experience may be considered for Junior roles).
  • Understanding of basic blockchain concepts; experience deploying public blockchains is a plus.
  • Experience deploying workloads across multiple cloud providers (Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform).
  • Experience with infrastructure-as-code and automation tools such as Kubernetes, Terraform, Docker, and Ansible.
  • Experience deploying and maintaining container orchestration platforms (Kubernetes, docker-compose).
  • Experience building and maintaining monitoring and logging tools (Grafana, Prometheus, Fluentd, Elasticsearch, Kibana).
  • Strong fundamentals in Linux, networking, firewalls, and IDS/IPS security operations.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and perform methodical root cause analysis; strong team collaboration and continuous-learning mindset; comfortable with ambiguity and change.
