Description

  • Record 4–10 solo Spanish calls on a secure platform, each lasting 1–2 minutes and no more than 5 minutes.
  • Follow a six-step call flow covering greeting, identity verification, issue description, response pause, resolution, and closing.
  • Use fictional names and account or order numbers without sharing real personal information.
  • Space recordings across several days, with no more than three calls per day and at least three hours between calls.
  • Submit basic metadata after each recording.
  • Provide recorded consent, sign an NDA, and follow project guidelines.
  • Complete quality-assurance requirements for sessions to qualify for payment.

Requirements

  • Native Spanish speaker aged 18 or older.
  • Able to read and follow short instructions in Spanish.
  • Owns an iPhone 17, 17 Air, 17 Pro, or 17 Pro Max.
  • Has a quiet indoor recording space without background noise or other voices.
  • Comfortable improvising natural, unscripted conversations.
  • Available to complete 4–10 calls according to the required schedule.
  • Willing to be recorded, provide consent, sign an NDA, and work as an independent contractor.
  • Must meet project demographic quotas; assignment is first-come, first-served and not guaranteed.
