Description

  • Design and develop reusable, highly parameterized integration templates to reduce manual development and accelerate delivery.
  • Engineer metadata-driven frameworks that standardize integration patterns across teams.
  • Implement CI/CD pipelines to manage the full lifecycle of data integrations from development through production.
  • Apply governance-as-code by building automated validation, reconciliation, and error-handling mechanisms.
  • Ensure accuracy, traceability, and operational reliability across all data pipelines.
  • Develop migration toolkits, accelerators, and technical playbooks to support platform adoption.
  • Mentor other engineers and act as a technical multiplier through documentation and shared frameworks.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of hands-on experience building cloud-native data integrations.
  • Preferred experience with Informatica IDMC or similar modern integration platforms.
  • Proven application of DevOps practices (Git, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or similar) to data engineering.
  • Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines for data integration lifecycles.
  • Advanced SQL skills with a focus on performance, maintainability, and database independence.
  • Deep experience with complex data patterns, including Slowly Changing Dimensions (SCD), Delta processing, and Change Data Capture (CDC).
  • Mindset focused on standardization, automation, and scale.
  • Fully remote role requiring excellent English communication skills for interviews and day-to-day collaboration.
