Description

  • Provide hands-on development across all phases of OneStream implementations, including business rule development, data integration, metadata configuration, and technical testing.
  • Design and build integrations between OneStream and ERP/source systems using connectors, ETL tools, REST APIs, and cloud platforms.
  • Develop and maintain data models, cube views, dashboards, and custom workflows within OneStream.
  • Translate functional and business requirements into scalable, maintainable technical designs aligned with client architecture standards.
  • Perform complex data validations, resolve data variance and business rule issues, and ensure compliance with design and process requirements.
  • Collaborate with functional consultants and client stakeholders to align technical solutions with client objectives.
  • Provide post-go-live technical support for managed services engagements, including break/fix, enhancements, and performance optimization.
  • Support recurring close cycle activities by troubleshooting integration and data issues.
  • Maintain technical documentation such as integration specifications, data flow diagrams, and configuration records.
  • Contribute to firm-approved AI-enabled solutions and identify compliant opportunities to improve client solutions and internal processes.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of hands-on OneStream development experience, including business rule writing in VB.NET or C# and technical configuration.
  • 5–7 years of experience in a technical consulting, financial systems, or EPM development role.
  • Experience designing and building system integrations for EPM platforms, including ERP connectors such as SAP, Oracle, and Workday, ETL tools, REST APIs, and cloud platforms like Azure and AWS.
  • Strong understanding of data modeling, metadata structures, and EPM architecture concepts.
  • Experience with other EPM tools such as Oracle, Hyperion, Anaplan, or Adaptive is a strong plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or a similar discipline.
  • OneStream certification required; OneStream Architect certification preferred.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with globally distributed teams across time zones.
  • Comfort with AI tools and a continuous learning mindset for emerging technologies and automation.
