Description

  • Partner with sales and business development teams to scope Support & Optimization opportunities and support deals through close.
  • Oversee onboarding for new clients and ensure a smooth transition from sales to delivery.
  • Manage the end-to-end support ticket lifecycle from intake and assignment through resolution and follow-up.
  • Lead, mentor, and allocate work for a team of NetSuite Support & Optimization consultants.
  • Provide solution architecture guidance for client optimization initiatives and tailored system enhancements.
  • Lead NetSuite Health Check assessments by reviewing configurations, identifying inefficiencies, and recommending improvements.
  • Identify and manage risks, ensure testing is completed, and uphold quality standards across engagements.
  • Review completed engagements to capture lessons learned and improve service delivery processes.
  • Collaborate with practice leadership on strategy, service development, and thought leadership initiatives.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of firm-approved AI-enabled client solutions and internal process improvements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Accounting, or a related field required.
  • NetSuite certifications such as SuiteFoundation, Administrator, or ERP Consultant are preferred.
  • 8+ years of experience managing NetSuite implementations, support, or optimization projects.
  • Strong familiarity with core NetSuite ERP modules and typical integrations.
  • Proven ability to lead teams, manage multiple projects, and mentor consultants.
  • Experience with project planning, timeline management, and scope adjustments.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to present complex solutions to executive-level clients.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with a detail-oriented and strategic problem-solving approach.
  • Hands-on understanding of NetSuite configuration, scripting, and integrations, plus familiarity with support and project management tools.
  • Business acumen across finance, operations, or supply chain functions, with experience in budgeting, resource allocation, and workload prioritization.
  • Ability to responsibly explore and adopt firm-approved AI tools, with openness to learning emerging technologies such as AI and automation.
  • Comfort working in dynamic, growth-oriented environments and staying current on NetSuite capabilities and industry trends.
