Description

  • Create faceless short-form content on TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts to drive awareness of Studio AI.
  • Post multiple times per day across multiple accounts and optimize content formats, hooks, and angles for reach.
  • Develop content that encourages reaction, sharing, tagging, saving, and other high-engagement behaviors.
  • Run multiple faceless accounts with distinct niches, audiences, visual identities, and posting rhythms.
  • Test content constantly, identify what performs, and turn winning ideas into repeatable formats and playbooks.
  • Build and scale a network of reposters and remixers to expand distribution beyond owned accounts.
  • Track platform analytics, UTMs, and attribution to measure which content drives traffic and discovery.
  • Break down high-performing content to understand why it worked and create scalable variations.

Requirements

  • Proven experience building faceless social accounts from zero to 50K+ followers on TikTok, Instagram, or YouTube.
  • Ability to show the accounts, content, and growth results you have achieved.
  • Strong understanding of short-form hooks and what makes content shareable versus merely watchable.
  • Knowledge of the emotional triggers that drive engagement, including outrage, curiosity, tribal identity, and humor.
  • Ability to produce and publish content quickly, ideally from idea to live post in under 20 minutes.
  • Experience using CapCut or equivalent editing tools, text overlays, trending audio, transitions, and platform-native formats.
  • Ability to analyze why content performs well and translate wins into repeatable systems and formats.
  • Experience tracking platform analytics, UTMs, and attribution to understand true traffic impact.
  • Preferred experience managing or participating in reposter/remix networks such as Discord, Whop, or Telegram.
  • Preferred understanding of how distribution networks operate and how to scale reach without getting accounts shut down.
