Description

  • Lead client engagements from initial workflow audit through production automation.
  • Build executive trust and manage weekly updates, monthly business reviews, and engagement strategy.
  • Map client operations and identify 5–10 workflows where AI can materially improve business economics.
  • Design future-state workflows covering human responsibilities, AI agents, handoffs, evaluations, and success metrics.
  • Scope implementations, direct Associate Orchestrators, review deliverables, and ship the first automation within 60 days.
  • Identify opportunities for additional Build, Rescue, or Support services and coordinate the appropriate resources.
  • Measure and report client outcomes, including hours saved, error-rate reductions, and throughput gains.
  • Manage 3–4 concurrent clients while remaining an individual contributor.

Requirements

  • 5–10 years of experience as a business analyst, solutions engineer, or technical consultant in software delivery, product, or enterprise SaaS.
  • Experience working between business stakeholders and technical teams, including user interviews, workflow mapping, specification writing, and delivery ownership.
  • Hands-on experience building and deploying AI agents, with daily proficiency using Claude Code.
  • Practical experience with tools and frameworks such as Cursor, Windsurf, LangChain, LlamaIndex, and MCPs.
  • A portfolio demonstrating personal work, such as GitHub repositories, side projects, deployed agents, or public technical writing.
  • Business-native English and experience working with US or Western companies.
  • Ability to facilitate stakeholder workshops and confidently engage executive audiences.
  • Individual contributor orientation; this role does not involve people management.
  • Curiosity and initiative to learn new tools and build experimental projects independently.
