Description

  • Plan, create, and manage Facebook ad campaigns across objectives including awareness, traffic, conversion, and lead generation.
  • Conduct audience research and segmentation to target relevant demographics and improve campaign relevance.
  • Develop compelling ad creatives and copy in collaboration with content and design teams.
  • Monitor campaign performance metrics and KPIs and analyze data to optimize campaigns for improved ROI.
  • Manage budgets and bidding strategies to maximize cost-efficiency and campaign performance.
  • Design and run A/B tests on ad creatives, formats, and audiences to identify the most effective approaches.
  • Stay up-to-date with Facebook Ads platform updates, policies, and industry trends to ensure compliance and performance.
  • Prepare regular performance reports and insights for stakeholders and collaborate with the marketing team to integrate Facebook ads with overall strategies.

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing Facebook Ads campaigns with a strong track record of successful results.
  • Deep understanding of Facebook Ads Manager, Power Editor, and related advertising tools.
  • Experience with audience targeting, retargeting, and segmentation techniques.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Ability to create engaging ad copy and collaborate effectively with design and content teams.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of Facebook advertising policies and best practices.
  • Experience with A/B testing and optimization strategies for creatives, formats, and audiences.
  • Ability to manage campaign budgets and meet performance objectives efficiently.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field preferred.
