Description

  • Plan and execute outbound cold email campaigns targeting decision-makers across U.S., Europe, and MENA to drive qualified meetings for sales.
  • Research, build, and maintain high-quality prospect lists and lead segments based on ICPs (startups, SaaS, tech ventures, enterprises).
  • Create, schedule, and deliver personalized email sequences, including content creation and segmentation to improve engagement and retention.
  • Design and optimize visually appealing email templates and sequence flows to increase open and reply rates.
  • Set up and manage deliverability processes including domain warmup, inbox rotation, and sender reputation monitoring to maintain inbox health.
  • Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, copy, CTAs, and sequencing, and analyze results to continuously improve campaign performance.
  • Monitor campaign metrics (open rates, reply rates, bounce rates) and use data to iterate on messaging and targeting.
  • Collaborate with sales and cross-functional marketing teams to align outreach with business goals and refine messaging based on feedback.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience as an Email Marketing Specialist or similar role.
  • Experience researching and building prospect lists using LinkedIn, Apollo, Clay, and other data-mining tools.
  • Proven ability to segment leads by ICP and personalize outreach for startups, SaaS, tech ventures, and enterprise accounts.
  • Experience setting up, managing, and optimizing cold email campaigns using tools such as Smartlead and Instantly (and related automation platforms).
  • Strong understanding of deliverability practices, including domain warmup, inbox rotation, and spam monitoring.
  • Familiarity with email authentication protocols and setup (SPF, DKIM, DMARC).
  • Experience implementing A/B tests across subject lines, copy, and CTAs and interpreting test results.
  • Analytical mindset with experience monitoring campaign KPIs (open, reply, bounce rates) and applying insights to improve performance.
  • Experience with data mining and sales intelligence platforms (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, Clay, etc.).
  • Familiarity with B2B SaaS, IT services, or staff augmentation industries is preferred.
