Description

  • Develop AI adoption roadmaps with customers and identify high-value AI use cases.
  • Analyze customer domains and business processes to prioritize use cases by business impact and technical feasibility.
  • Translate business challenges into AI solution concepts, requirements, implementation proposals, success metrics, and guardrails.
  • Design AI agent solutions and redesign workflows to reduce repetitive work and improve business processes.
  • Define integrations between AI agents and enterprise systems, including CRM, ERP, SaaS applications, APIs, MCPs, and workflows.
  • Prepare agent specifications and solution documentation for delivery teams.
  • Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Delivery teams throughout pre-sales, implementation, and adoption.
  • Support customer presentations and executive discussions on AI strategy.
  • Track emerging AI technologies, agentic AI trends, and industry best practices.

Requirements

  • Strong business analysis, process design, value mapping, and discovery skills.
  • Familiarity with modern LLMs, AI agent architectures, business process automation, APIs, and integrations.
  • Experience in solution consulting, AI consulting, solution implementation, business consulting, or a similar customer-facing role.
  • Hands-on experience designing or launching AI-powered solutions or AI agents.
  • Experience translating business requirements into solution designs.
  • Experience working with enterprise customers and multiple stakeholders.
  • Excellent executive communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and systems-thinking abilities.
  • Excellent spoken and written English.
  • Ability to work in a Poland-based role.
