Description

  • Travel across Hanover to meet customers at their location.
  • Perform on-site diagnostics and repairs on Cowboy e-bikes.
  • Use Cowboy’s diagnostic tools to identify issues.
  • Deliver a seamless, friendly, and efficient repair experience.
  • Represent Cowboy as the face of the brand in the city.
  • Follow up when needed to ensure the rider is back on the road.

Requirements

  • Live in or near Hanover.
  • Enjoy working with your hands and solving technical problems.
  • Be customer-oriented, communicative, and reliable.
  • Have a passion for bikes, e-mobility, or tech, which is a strong plus.
  • Be comfortable working independently and on the move.
  • Have no prior experience required, as training is provided.
  • Have freelance / self-employed status.
  • Be fluent in German and English.
