Description

  • Design, implement, and maintain new features and functionalities for the SaaS platform.
  • Translate insurance business requirements into scalable and efficient software solutions.
  • Develop both front-end and back-end components of the application.
  • Collaborate with product, design, engineering, and UX teams to deliver cohesive user experiences.
  • Optimize application performance to support large data volumes and high user traffic.
  • Participate in code reviews and enforce coding best practices.
  • Write and execute unit tests and integration tests to maintain code quality.
  • Investigate and fix bugs to ensure platform reliability.
  • Ensure security and compliance when handling sensitive customer data.
  • Design the platform for scalability and flexibility as the user and client base grows.
  • Mentor junior developers and support their technical growth.

Requirements

  • 6 years of proven experience as a Full Stack Engineer working on complex SaaS applications.
  • Strong technical background in back-end technologies such as .NET Core, C#, GraphQL, MongoDB, and Docker.
  • Proficiency with front-end technologies such as JavaScript, Vue.js, and/or React.js.
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Experience with microservices and/or clean architecture.
  • Strong understanding and practical experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD).
  • Experience with unit, integration, and functional testing using front-end and back-end testing libraries.
  • Proficiency in Domain-Driven Design (DDD) principles.
  • In-depth knowledge of web security best practices and regulatory compliance requirements.
  • Demonstrated experience optimizing performance for high-traffic web applications.
  • Experience with Docker and cloud infrastructure solutions.
  • Experience working in agile development environments with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong communication skills for working with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Passion for staying current with new technologies, frameworks, and best practices.
