Description

  • Design, implement, and maintain new features and functionalities for the SaaS insurance platform, translating insurance business requirements into scalable software solutions.
  • Develop and maintain both front-end and back-end components of the application using appropriate technologies and frameworks.
  • Collaborate with product, design, engineering, and UX teams to convert end-user requirements and use cases into cohesive, user-friendly solutions.
  • Optimize application performance to handle large datasets and high user traffic, ensuring smooth user experience.
  • Participate in code reviews, enforce best coding practices, and write and execute unit, integration, and functional tests to maintain code quality.
  • Investigate, troubleshoot, and promptly fix bugs to maintain platform reliability.
  • Ensure security and regulatory compliance by following web security best practices and handling sensitive customer data appropriately.
  • Design systems with scalability and flexibility in mind to accommodate growth in clients and users.
  • Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior developers to support their growth and contributions.

Requirements

  • Minimum 6 years of experience as a Full Stack Engineer working on complex SaaS applications.
  • Proficiency with front-end and back-end technologies such as JavaScript, Vue, .NET Core, C#, GraphQL, MongoDB, and Docker.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) for building scalable applications.
  • Practical experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD) and writing unit, integration, and functional tests using front-end and back-end testing libraries.
  • Experience applying Domain-Driven Design (DDD) principles to create maintainable and modular architectures.
  • In-depth knowledge of web security best practices and experience ensuring compliance with industry regulations when handling sensitive data.
  • Proven experience in performance optimization for high-traffic web applications.
  • Experience with container technologies (Docker) and a strong understanding of cloud infrastructure and solutions.
  • Experience working in agile development methodologies and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills, with a proactive approach to troubleshooting and a passion for staying current with software development trends.
